Weekly Lawn Mowing • (read more)
Mowing of designated grounds is completed 23 times each season from the beginning of May through the beginning of October. Scheduling will assure a well-kept appearance of grounds throughout the year. Our mowing service ensures a clean striped pattern which will change direction to avoid compaction. We take the appearance of your property very seriously. To maintain a clean appearance, sidewalks, driveways, patios and steps will be blown to remove excess grass clippings following each mowing. Excessive grass clippings in the lawn area will be dispersed or removed by means of blowing, vacuuming, or sweeping. Paper and debris will be picked up each mowing. Trimming around buildings, plantings, and other obstacles, with the exception of trees, will be completed with each mowing to ensure a well-kept appearance. Our professional crews also conduct mechanical edging of all concrete sidewalks and driveways to prevent over-growth.

Spring Cleanup • (read more)
Our extensive spring cleanup starts off the season right by giving your property a fresh look. It is completed as soon as weather and ground conditions permit and not later than May 1. We provide a thorough cleanup in lawn areas by power vacuuming, power blowing, power mulching or hand raking. We also perform power mulching where possible to recycle nutrients and organic matter back into the soil. All areas such as shrub beds, building foundations, and around obstacles are cleaned by power blowing or hand raking to remove all accumulated leaves and debris. To give a completely clean appeal, we sweep and power blow all sidewalks and curb tops to remove accumulated sand from snow removal activities.

Tree and Shrub Care • (read more)
Your landscape’s trees and shrubs play a vital role in the overall appearance. Pruning and shaping of shrubs will be completed twice during the growing season as needed to remove dead wood and to maintain the intended size and shapes common to the particular species. We also provide rejuvenation pruning and plant replacement upon customer requests. We strongly recommend a rejuvenation prune when more than 25% of the shrub is dead or if it has greatly exceeded its preferred size. We recommend shrub replacement if it has lost its ornamental value and renovation is not possible. We also provide tree trimming as needed to remove suckering from the base, to reduce hazards and to remove dead and broken branches. Your trees and shrubs will also be inspected by one of our certified horticulturalists throughout the growing season for disease and insect problems.
